MY WHY
As a connector of dots and people, I love creating transformative spaces where knowledge, relationships, and possibilities weave together.

Sarah Lawer, J.D., CEPA
Most of my work happens in rooms where the decisions feel consequential: family transitions, leadership tensions, questions about direction, legacy, and responsibility. My role is to help those conversations happen with clarity, intention, and structure.
I’m an advisor, attorney, and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) who designs and facilitates collaborative engagements for families, business owners, and community leaders. This includes both supporting groups through complex moments and partnering with advisory firms to design forward-looking educational conversations that build shared understanding before challenges arise.
What makes my work different is that I live the dynamics my clients face. I run my own advisory practice, work alongside my mother in a family business, and hold fourth-generation ownership in an established enterprise. I’ve experienced the complexity, emotion, and responsibility that come with shared ownership—and I bring that lived perspective into every engagement.
Earlier in my career, I worked with Fortune 500 organizations in governance, privacy, and risk, translating complexity into clear frameworks and action. Today, I apply those same skills to human systems: helping people find alignment, make sound decisions, and move forward together.
