MY WHY
I founded Insightline Consulting because I believe the most meaningful learning happens in community, especially during pivotal moments of change. In my work with transitions, I've discovered that breakthrough solutions emerge not from prescriptive advice, but from collaborative dialogue where diverse perspectives meet fresh thinking.
As a connector of dots and people, I love creating transformative spaces where knowledge, relationships, and possibilities weave together.

My Collaborative Approach
As an advisor, attorney, and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) with over two decades of experience, I've specialized in turning complexity into clarity. I believe the best insights emerge when people facing challenging decisions learn from each other rather than working in isolation. That's why I create collaborative spaces where families, business owners, community leaders, and their advisors can explore their key concerns and discover solutions together through both one-on-one consulting and group workshops.
A Unique Multi-Generational Perspective
What makes my work different is simple: I actually live in three generations of family business simultaneously. I'm a first-generation entrepreneur running my own businesses, a second-generation business leader working alongside my mother, and a third-generation owner in a family business that has reached the cousin consortium stage. This gives me something most advisors don't have—I truly understand how each generation thinks and what matters to them. As both an attorney and someone who's sat in several seats at the family business table, I can bridge conversations that others struggle to navigate.
From Compliance to Connection
In my legal career, I specialized in transforming complex regulations into clear action plans and helping Fortune 500 organizations implement them. Now I use those same skills, along with my CEPA training, to guide clients through transitions that honor both individual needs and family or enterprise goals. I also believe strong communities—whether family, business, or civic—make everything work better for long-term success. The key is bringing people together in environments where they can have honest conversations and discover solutions that move everyone forward.
